CICC stands for the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Section 91(2)(c) of the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act stipulates that only legal advisers such as Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) and lawyers are eligible to provide paid immigration consultation services to applicants and to communicate with the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on behalf of the applicants.
